His schedule revolves around the mountain house: mornings in his basement room (he often doesn’t come out until noon), afternoons smoking by the lake or by the train tracks, and evenings playing pool at the Stardrop Saloon with Sam — Friday is his reliable pool night. On Summer 4 he heads to Harvey’s clinic. His basement is locked until you have hearts with him, so catch him on the way out.
